On Sunday evening we were treated to an exquisite and exclusive meal/BBQ provided by the head chef at the Hilton Hotel in Addis Ababa.
He is originally from Glasgow, Scotland, and has a connection to Canadian Humanitarian.
We had BBQ Salmon, wings, kabobs, steak, salads and more. A very stark contrast to our previous week!
We were are very satisfied group!
