Part of the Kid's Hope Education Center are the student clubs that provide much of the activities for the after school program - along with tutoring and homework help.
The music club is very popular, and they are very good! They are taught to play and sing by local volunteers, and the teachers.
Another favourite club is the Circus Club.
Local Gymnastic and Acrobatic coaches provide volunteer time to teach the children proper technique. These skills provide a source of income for the students and their families.
Plus - it's a lot of fun!
It was quite the celebration to watch!
