Ken and Audrey here, checking in and reporting on our progress! We are travelling at a different pace from the rest of the troupe, so we'll drop in a line about our experiences now and again to keep you updated!
With two teams travelling across the country, we hope to increase our impact, and the number of people we can contact. And hopefully (keep our fingers crossed) our fundraising power!
We've been busy the last few days!
The prevailing westerlies became a whaling easterly head wind.
Another new weather experience: on Friday we had HAIL!!!!
We couldn't do it without the support and generosity of everyone who helps us out!
Ernie from Speedpro! He provided us with signs on a moments notice. Complimentary, no less!!
Claudia and Bob Gehmlich are friends of ours in Regina. They offered transportation, conversation, and some of the best home cooked meals in the world. (don't tell anyone!)
And of course, we are so grateful to Leslie Johnston who is providing us with moral and driving support!
